Complete the CET 18 Form<\/a> at any territorial office of State Tax Service<\/a>, applying the electronic signature;<\/p>\n

Choose M1 in the optional field (last in the Form<\/a>) \u2013 Percentage designation;<\/p>\n

Type the fiscal code number of Moldcell Foundation \u2013 1020620006263;<\/p>\n

The Form can be sent in personal at any territorial office in the country or via email, with the chosen territorial tax office address indicated on the envelope.<\/p>\n
